Q. How do I find my video products I have purchased?
A. All Premium (Paid) content can be found under the "Your Products" selection box (drop down), just above the main video player, or under the top left menu choice Account/Your Products.
Q. How do I find my non-video products I have purchased?
You'll find your non video Premium products under the top Account/Your Products menu choice.
Q. How do I control what email "Alerts" I receive from RG.com?
A. This is a new feature that we'll be adding right away. Under the Account/Alerts menu, you can configure how you want to be alerted of updates from the system. This can be done through either email or text messaging. In order to receive text message alerts, you'll need to complete the Account/Preferences page.
Q. Where do I find the daily video tips now?
A. The Daily Video Tips are now all available in the main video player. If you also have Premium videos, you can check the "Show Free content only" box, above the video player and you'll see only the Free video tips.
Q. Where are my products I purchased back in 2009-2010?
A. If you purchased products that we no longer sell, either last year or the year before, you'll see a link on the Account/Your Products page that says 2009/2010 Premium Product Archives.
Q. How come my previous videos now say VIP ONLY? I thought I owned them.
A. The Daily Free Video Tips have always been free to all users of the Revolution Golf website. Due to increased video serving costs, we've limited the access for non-VIP members, to only 3 days at a time. You still get to view each daily video for free, just not the archived videos. VIP members get the same benefit, plus the entire archives of Daily Free Videos, and the ability to download them.
Q. How do I get my name to show up in the comments, rather than "Anonymous?"
A. Simply complete your "Preferences" under the Account/Preferences page. All you need to do is enter your First and Last Name on the Preferences page and then your comments will show up using your First Name and your Last Initial (example: John S).
Q. How do I add an Avatar to my comment posts?
A. To have an Avatar (photo) for your comment/question posts, you simply need to upload a photo from the Account/Profile page. It's easy and it makes it a lot easier for the Pros and other members to recognize your posts.
Q. How do I know when someone replies to one of my comments or questions?
A. In the next few days, we will be including a new feature that will email you whenever someone answers one of your comments/questions. This includes Support Questions/Issues.
Q. How do I download the Daily Video Tips?
A. To download the Daily Video Tips, you need to be a VIP Member. Click here to join the VIP membership.
Q. How do I download Premium products that I have purchased in the past?
A. You can download any of the Premium products that you have purchased in the past from the Account/Your Products page.
